- Experience of working within a Business Intelligence Function in a large, complex organisation
- Mathematical or computing educational background or relevant experience
- Experience working with reporting on ServiceNow tool along with hands-on in Performance Analytics module administration.
- Should have release management experience in ServiceNow.
- Understanding of IT Service Management processes based on ITIL i.e. ITIL Foundation
- Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders, with demonstrable communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with or knowledge of other Reporting tools e.g. Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), OLAP cubes (e.g. SSAS), QlikView, Microsoft Power BI
- Experience of building reports in the Tableau reporting tool sourced from a data warehouse (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
- Expert in Data Management including:
- Ability to develop, understand and execute SQL queries
- Knowledge of relational and dimensional database concepts and technologies, data warehousing, ETL tasks and their design patterns
- Advanced Excel skills
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate across teams whilst taking the lead on specific projects and topic areas
