- Solid experience (preferably tech lead kind of role) in mainframe support functionand skills around it.
- Mainframe Service operation role with Infrastructure background.
- Experience of working on IBM Mainframes and proficient in TWS, JCL, CICS, IMS, MQ, DB2. ITIL framework, workload management, Shift management etc.
- Delivers on promises, works to and exceed where possible agreed timeframes for activity completion
- Ability to learn from mistakes made
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in order to achieve shared objectives
- Works with support from colleagues
- Can produce written documentation based on own experiences and lessons learnt
- Creates and pursues individual development plans and the expansion of knowledge and skills
