- Experience is any of the banking reporting application is must.
- Basic knowledge on XBRL Tagging and Tax Report Submission
- Good working knowledge of Functions systems and domains; Ability to operate within a complex systems environment with a layered software stack and highly interdependent systems.
- Deep skills and experience in systems strategy, development, systems engineering and delivery / support.
- Candidate must possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in planning, change management and problem solving, able to resolve issues of a highly complex and strategic nature involving areas within the RFT RtB area.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a highly pressurised support environment.
- High-quality of experience in production support
- Knowledge on reporting tool (CDM preferable)
- Knowledge on XBRL Tagging
- Experience in support team leadership / management role
- Masters or Bachelor’s Degree
- ITIL v3 Foundation
- Experience with application support best practices, methodologies
- Experience of working in a corporate banking environment, preferably within a Support team function
