- Cisco Call Manager.
- Cisco Unity.
- Nice call recording
- Ability to coach and develop colleagues.
- Cisco voice/collaboration certifications.
- Knowledge and Hands on experience on Cisco voice Monitoring tools
- Cisco UCCX.
- Knowledge of Spectrum.
